We're offering a diverse range of building sizes, types, and spaces to boost discovery. This includes incubation areas for startups, room for growth in our “grow-on” buildings, opportunities to scale up with larger facilities, as well as global headquarters buildings.
From Q3 2026 we will deliver three new laboratory buildings: 3 Fallaize Street, 1 and 2 Thomas White Street, together providing 374,400 sq ft (34,782 sq m) NIA of flexible labs and workspace suited to a range of company needs.
